In the summer of 1999, brothers Peter and Paul Pinholster made the decision to leave the traditional workplace behind and embrace a life of leisure, centered around relaxation. They sought a business that would challenge them creatively while allowing them to maintain a laid-back lifestyle. Starting out small in Florida, their original plan was to travel the East Coast in a beat-up minivan, selling hammocks at music festivals and community events. At that time, home was wherever they parked the van for the night. The brothers poured their energy into creating and selling the most comfortable hammocks available, quickly finding themselves overwhelmed by demand. Tired of the constant travel, they settled in Asheville, NC and continued to expand their business, which has since become a successful company.

Today, Eagle Nest Outfitters, Inc. continues to supply high-quality hammocks and accessories to customers worldwide. The ProFly Rain Tarp, made of polyurethane-treated 210D ripstop nylon, offers exceptional durability and superior water-shedding capabilities, keeping you dry and comfortable all night long.
